1. CONDITIONS OF REFUND
At Whoopy, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a refund within 30 days of receiving your order.
✅ Reimbursement is possible if:
- The request is made within 30 days after receipt of your order.
- The product is new, unused and in its original packaging .
- The product arrived damaged or has a manufacturing defect .
- An error was made in the shipment ( wrong item received ).
❌ Reimbursement cannot be granted if:
- The product has been used, washed or damaged after receipt.
- The 30-day period after delivery has passed.
- This is a free product, a final promotion or a non-returnable item for hygiene and safety reasons .
2. PROCEDURE FOR REQUEST FOR REIMBURSEMENT
1️⃣ Contact our customer service
Send an email to support@whoopycalin.fr with:
- Your order number
- A photo of the product in case of defect or error
- The reason for your request
2️⃣ Product return
- If your request is accepted, we will provide you with the return address.
- Return costs are the responsibility of the customer , except in the event of an error on our part.
3️⃣ Validation and reimbursement
- Once the product has been returned and checked, we will process the refund within 5 to 7 working days to the original payment method.
- You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been processed.
3. DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED PRODUCTS
If your item arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, contact us immediately with supporting photos . We will offer you a prompt solution , such as an exchange or a full refund .
4. CANCELLATION OF ORDER
You can cancel your order within 12 hours of purchase.
After this period, your order is being processed and can no longer be cancelled.
