What are the delivery times?

Our orders are delivered within 3 to 6 business days . Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking link.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we only deliver to mainland France . We are working to expand our services to other countries very soon!

Where is my order?

You can track the progress of your order by clicking on the tracking link received by email after shipment, otherwise on the "track my order" section. If you have any problems, contact us at support@whoopycalin.fr

What are the delivery costs?

Shipping is free on all orders. No hidden fees, no nasty surprises!

What should I do if I don't receive my order?

If your order is more than 6 business days old and you have not received tracking information, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.

What if I am not at home when the delivery is made?

If you are absent during delivery, your package will either be left at a relay point or rescheduled for a new attempt depending on the carrier.

Can I change my delivery address after I order?

How do I know if my order has been taken into account?

Once your order has been validated, you will receive a confirmation email with your order number and a summary of the items ordered.

What are the processing times for my order?

We prepare and ship orders within 24 to 48 business hours . Delivery time is then 3 to 6 business days .

My order was cancelled, why?

If your order has been canceled, it may be due to a payment or inventory issue. Please contact us at support@whoopycalin.fr for more information.

Can I cancel or change my order?

You can cancel or modify your order within 12 hours of purchase . After this time, it will already be in preparation and we will no longer be able to modify it.

I received a wrong item, what should I do?

If you have received an incorrect product, please contact us immediately with a photo of the product received and your order number . We will send you the correct product as soon as possible.

Can I return a product?

Yes, you have 30 days after receipt to return a product to us if it does not suit you.

What are the criteria for a return?

The product must be new, unused and in its original packaging .
Return must be requested within 30 days of receipt .
Used, washed or damaged items cannot be returned.

Are return costs covered?

Return costs are the responsibility of the customer , except in the event of an error on our part (defective or incorrect item).

How to make a return?

Contact us at support@whoopycalin.fr with your order number and the reason for the return .
We will send you instructions for returning the product to us.
Once the product is received and checked, we will process the refund within 5 to 7 working days .
