We currently deliver to mainland France (including Corsica and Monaco).

5. DELIVERY PROBLEMS
⏳ My order is delayed
If your order exceeds the 6 business day deadline, check your tracking. If no update is available after 48 hours , contact us so we can assist you.
📦 My package is marked as "delivered" but I haven't received it
- Check with your neighbors, caretaker, or post office.
- If you still cannot find your package, contact us immediately so that we can launch an investigation with the carrier.
6. ADDRESS ERROR
Please ensure your delivery address is correct before confirming your order. We cannot be held responsible for address errors provided by the customer.
